These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of suswasthyayogikwellness.com (the “Website”) and the services offered by Suswasthya Yoga & Wellness Center (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Website, making an enquiry, registering, booking or participating in any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law to use our services or make bookings on your own behalf. A parent or lawful guardian must make bookings for, and provide consent on behalf of, anyone under 18. By using the Website, you confirm that you meet these requirements. Certain services, such as pregnancy-related, therapeutic or special-educator support, may carry additional eligibility conditions communicated at the time of booking.
4. Registration, Enquiries and Bookings
We may ask you to provide information (such as your name, contact details, address for at-home sessions and relevant health or wellness details) when you enquire, register or book. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to update us promptly if it changes.
Where applicable:
- bookings may be made by phone, email, messaging platforms, in person or other channels we make available;
- a booking is confirmed only when we acknowledge it, and we may decline or withdraw a booking for operational, safety, capacity or other reasonable grounds;
- you are responsible for keeping any login or registration details confidential and for activity carried out using them; and
- we process your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Participation in Classes and Services
When you participate in any service, you agree to:
- follow reasonable instructions from our instructors, therapists and staff;
- arrive or log in on time and attend in suitable condition and attire;
- disclose relevant injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions, medications or limitations before and during participation;
- practise within your own limits and stop if you feel pain or discomfort;
- respect other participants, staff and premises; and
- not record, broadcast or reproduce sessions without our prior written permission.
We may modify, substitute an instructor or venue for, reschedule, combine or cancel sessions where reasonably necessary, and will try to give notice where practicable. We may refuse or end participation if we reasonably consider it unsafe, disruptive or in breach of these Terms.
6. Online Sessions
For online classes, you are responsible for a suitable device, stable internet connection, safe and adequate space, and any third-party platform required. We are not responsible for interruptions or quality issues caused by your equipment, your connection or third-party platforms, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Meeting links and access details are for your personal use only and must not be shared without our permission. Because instructors have limited ability to observe or physically correct you online, you accept increased personal responsibility for your safety.
7. At-Home Sessions
For at-home sessions, you agree to provide a safe, clean, suitable space and to ensure that the location is appropriate for the session. We may decline, pause or end a session if we reasonably believe conditions are unsafe or inappropriate. Details such as serviceable areas, travel arrangements, timing and fees are as communicated at the time of booking.
8. Corporate and Group Engagements
Corporate, group and community programmes may be subject to separate terms or written arrangements agreed with the organisation or group concerned, covering scope, schedule, venue, fees and participant requirements. Where such terms exist, they apply together with these Terms, and in case of conflict regarding that engagement, the specific written arrangement will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
9. Memberships, Fees and Payments
The Website describes membership features, including integrated yoga classes, meditation classes, natural therapy guidance, flexible class timings, community support and participation in wellness retreats or camps, where offered. The Website does not state fixed public pricing for all services. Applicable fees, membership plans, validity periods, inclusions and payment schedules are as communicated to you at the time of booking or registration.
Where applicable:
- fees are payable in advance or as otherwise agreed and communicated;
- we will indicate the accepted payment methods at the time of booking, and third-party payment providers, if used, operate under their own terms and privacy policies;
- you are responsible for any bank, currency-conversion, transaction or similar charges, and for applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; and
- memberships and class packages are personal, non-transferable and non-assignable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We may revise fees and plans prospectively. Changes do not affect amounts already paid for confirmed services unless otherwise agreed.
10. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds
No general cancellation or refund policy is published on the Website. Accordingly, cancellation, rescheduling, missed-session, pause, extension and refund arrangements, where applicable, are subject to the applicable service terms and as communicated at the time of booking. Please confirm these with us before making payment.
Without limiting the above:
- we encourage you to give us as much notice as reasonably possible if you need to cancel or reschedule;
- where we cancel a session or programme, we will offer a reasonable alternative or, where applicable, an appropriate adjustment or refund of the unused portion; and
- nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
11. Events, Courses, Camps and Retreats
Events, courses, wellness camps and retreats may have specific schedules, eligibility, fees, inclusions, travel or accommodation arrangements and participation rules, which are communicated at the time of registration. We may change speakers, instructors, venues, dates or content where reasonably necessary. Unless expressly stated in writing, we are not responsible for travel, accommodation, personal expenses or insurance, and we recommend that you consider appropriate personal insurance where applicable. Certificates, if any, are issued only as stated for the specific course. Completing a course does not by itself guarantee any qualification, licence or professional entitlement.
12. Yogic Products
The Website lists a “Yogic Product” section. Where products are offered, descriptions, availability, prices, shipping, returns and any warranties are as communicated at the time of purchase. Product information is general and does not constitute medical advice. Where applicable, you should check ingredients, suitability and allergies before use and consult a qualified professional if you have concerns.
13. Careers
The Website includes a “Career” section. Listing a vacancy or receiving an application does not create an employment, engagement or contractual obligation. Applications are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may close, modify or withdraw any opportunity at any time.
14. Health and Wellness Limitations
Our services are for general wellness and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Wellness counselling, natural diet guidance, special educator support and physical therapy have limitations and are not emergency or crisis services. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk and are responsible for seeking medical advice where appropriate, especially if you are pregnant, injured or have a medical condition. We do not guarantee any specific result. Please read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
21. Accuracy and Availability of the Website
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Website accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that all content (including schedules, locations, fees and programme details) is complete or current. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim relating to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where applicable law does not permit exclusion. Your statutory consumer rights, where applicable, are not affected.
23. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Suswasthya Yoga & Wellness Center and its owners, instructors, employees and representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website or services, your infringement of any third party’s rights, or inaccurate or withheld information you provide. This does not apply to the extent that a claim results from our own negligence or wilful misconduct.
24. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using our services at any time.
